Product Name Beaver Magrose NHS (30-150 µm)
Catalog No. SM-HMM-0036
Description Magrose NHS are porous microspheres based on natural hydrophilic polymer agarose, with particle sizes of 30-150 µm and 10-30 µm. The surface of the NHS-modified beads can form stable peptide bonds with proteins and other molecules with a primary amine moiety, and are used for the affinity purification or analytical detection of antibodies, antigens, and other biomolecules. Compared with traditional carboxyl and amino magnetic beads, magnetic beads with NHS groups on the surface do not need to be activated by EDC/NHS or glutaraldehyde beforehand, and the biologic ligands containing primary amino groups can be covalently coupled to the magnetic beads by simply dissolving the ligands in coupling buffer, and then mixing the protein solution with the NHS beads for 1~2h at room temperature, which is characterized by simple operation, mild coupling conditions, and rapid and efficient coupling of the biological ligands. It has the advantages of simple operation, mild coupling conditions, fast coupling of biological ligands and high efficiency. It is mainly used in the field of separation and purification (such as protein separation and purification, antibody separation and purification).
Brand Beaver
Features Simple, no need for activation, can be directly covalently coupled with biological ligands; High efficiency, the coupling efficiency of biological ligands can reach more than 90%, which is much higher than that of carboxylated magnetic beads, and the binding load of ligands is higher at the same time; Rapid, 1~2 h to complete the coupling of biological ligands; Mild, room temperature or 4°Ccoupling, the pH of the coupling system is 5~9; Stable, forming stable amide bonds, preventing ligand detachment. Good biocompatibility, reduce non-specific adsorption.
